DSTRKT Fieldhouse is a multi-purpose sports performance and basketball training facility built to serve athletes, families, and the local community. Our space brings together basketball training, strength and conditioning, open gym, leagues, rentals, and events in one high-energy environment. We are committed to creating a professional, welcoming space where athletes can grow on and off the court.
about the internship
The DSTRKT Fieldhouse Internship Program is designed for individuals who want real-world experience in sports operations and facility management. Interns help support the daily flow of the facility while learning what it takes to keep a sports environment organized, professional, and welcoming.
Front Desk Support
Check in clients, athletes, and guests
Answer phone calls
Assist with general questions
Help maintain a professional front desk experience
your role
Facility Operations
Monitor rentals and court usage
Help keep sessions on schedule
Make sure groups exit on time for the next booking
Support smooth transitions between programs
Facility Upkeep
Clean and organize the weight room
Help maintain the court and common areas
Put equipment back in place
Keep the facility clean, safe, and presentable
who we’re looking for
Reliable and punctual
Strong communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Interested in sports, fitness, or facility operations
Willing to take initiative and help where needed
