Flight School is an elite, three-month intensive strength and performance academy exclusively designed to enhance explosive power and vertical jumping ability in basketball athletes. Tailored for athletes going from 7th-12th grade, this comprehensive program focuses on developing the physical attributes necessary to dominate the court through superior athleticism and verticality.

With a team of highly experienced coaches and trainers, Flight School provides a cutting-edge training environment, combining specialized exercises, tailored workouts, and personalized coaching to maximize results. The program employs a progressive training methodology that prioritizes proper technique, injury prevention, and performance optimization.

  • Flight School places a significant emphasis on vertical jump development. You will engage in a variety of exercises and techniques that target explosive power, leg strength, and jumping mechanics.

  • Flight School incorporates a comprehensive strength and conditioning program to optimize your overall physical performance. You will undergo a structured regimen that includes resistance training, core strengthening exercises, and cardiovascular conditioning.

    These workouts are specifically designed to build functional strength, increase muscular endurance, and improve overall fitness, providing a solid foundation for your athletic development.

  • Flight School prioritizes injury prevention and recovery strategies to keep you in optimal physical condition throughout the program. You will learn proper warm-up techniques, stretching protocols, and injury prevention exercises to reduce the risk of common basketball-related injuries.

    Additionally, recovery methods such as foam rolling, mobility exercises, and rest and regeneration techniques will be emphasized to promote proper recovery and ensure long-term health and performance.

  • Flight School provides individualized attention and coaching to each participant. Our experienced coaches will closely monitor your progress, provide technical guidance, and offer performance feedback to help you achieve your goals. Regular progress assessments, including vertical jump measurements and speed tests, will track your development and serve as tangible markers of improvement.

    The cost for Flight School is $600 per month, with a three-month commitment required. This investment covers the high-quality coaching, personalized training programs, a state-of-the-art facility, and access to cutting-edge equipment that will propel your athletic abilities to new heights.
