Welcome to Band Camp!
Join us for a total body, banded workout. This workout combines strength training and resistance training to challenge you like never before. Think of it as traditional strength training with a twist. Suitable for all training levels. Not only for the novice but for the experienced, too. All you need is your towel, a bottle of water and be ready to work!
